Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions make up a binding agreement with Sunquncha, a project of Infinite Sirius Legacy and you. By purchasing a membership, workshop, casual pass or booking a 1:1 session you agree that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions mentioned in this contract. These terms and conditions can be accepted by making payment for any of our services online or in person.

ONLINE DROP-IN / CASUAL PASS​

1. Payment

By purchasing an online drop-in/casual pass you are agreeing to purchase for the agreed amount with the passes being valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

There are no refunds for change of mind or errors in purchasing.

2. What you receive

7 days access to the on-demand video library.

3. Cancellations

This pass has no change of mind. If you choose not to use the pass within the 7 day period your forfeit the pass. 

Our cancellation policy is set out below in these terms and conditions.

ONLINE 'DAILY MEDS' MEMBERSHIP​

1. Payment

By purchasing an Online 'Daily Meds' Membership you are agreeing to purchase for the agreed amount, as an automatic charge to your credit/debit card each month for a minimum contract period of a minimum 1 (one) monthly payment.

You understand that membership payments will continue after the minimum term unless you cancel within your client portal yourself at any time or specifically ask to cancel them in writing.

By agreeing to this contract you certify that you are the holder of the credit/debit card used for these membership payments. 

2. What you receive

Unlimited access to online (on-demand) audio and video recordings via Sunquncha website hosted by Iovery.io & GoKollab app.

3. Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is set out below in these terms and conditions.

4. Agreement

You acknowledge these meditations are not direct individual guidance but generalised experiences. Renee Wilkinson/Sunquncha takes no responsibility or liability for your personal experience, you acknowledge it is up to you individually to process, understand and action insights which may arise for you.

Should you require specific personal assistance, reach out to an appropriate practitioner near you.

CONDITIONS OF ALL MEMBERSHIPS AND ATTENDANCE AT SUNQUNCHA

Your membership with us has exclusive use. If a Member allows his or her membership to be used by another person for the purpose of obtaining admission, the person to whom we have membership contract with will forfeit all claims and rights to the membership and ceases to be a Member at Sunquncha.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For drop-in/casual passes/retreats, no refunds will be given.

To cancel your class/appointment – Please sign in to your client portal or mobile app or email [email protected] to cancel your booking as early as possible.

Cancellations will not be accepted via social media direct message (DM).

SUSPENSION OF ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

Memberships are unable to be suspended. If you no longer wish to use your membership or wish to pause, please cancel and rejoin when ready.

CANCELLATION OF ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

Payments will continue until you make a cancellation request in writing to [email protected] or you may cancel your online membership at any time via your client portal when signed in. Please note your cancellation will be actioned immediately from date of request, not at completion of your billing cycle.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Sunquncha has contracted Stripe BECS Direct Debit to provide direct debit services.

UNSUCCESSFUL PAYMENTS

If there are insufficient funds for whatever reason at the time of the direct debit Sunquncha will continue to attempt to process your payment. Please note a direct debit rejection fee may be charged by your banking institution and we reserve the right to try for this payment until successful. You will be sent an automated email notification of each unsuccessful attempt. Membership Fees will continue to be debited from the Member’s chosen account until the Member, or Sunquncha, cancel the arrangement in line with the Cancellation of Membership clause of these Terms and Conditions.

If at any time the Member’s membership fees are overdue Sunquncha may terminate the membership or suspend booking privileges with immediate effect. 

To avoid additional charges or disruption to your service please contact Sunquncha and let us know if you require alternative payment arrangement or need to alter your payment schedule.

QUERYING A PAYMENT

If you have any questions around a payment or charge you can contact [email protected]  We will do our best to respond within 7 days. If you are not happy with our response, you may contact your financial institution.

STAYING UP-TO-DATE WITH OUR TERMS

It is the responsibility of the Member to inform Sunquncha Temple of any changes to the Member’s personal details that are relevant to the Member’s Contract. We will notify you by publishing on our website or social media pages or speaking to you via phone or in the studio or writing you an email.

VARIATIONS

We may sometimes add to or change our terms and conditions. This includes changing our services and facilities and membership fees.

MEMBERSHIP PRICE INCREASE

Your membership price remains fixed while you are a current member. If you cancel your membership at any time, you will sign up to a membership at the prices valid at the time of re-signing as a member.

LIABILITY & RISK

You agree that you will participate in any of the classes offered by Sunquncha at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability or responsibility for accidents or injury to person or property that may result from our services.

Our total liability to you for any Loss arising out of or in connection with
1. any act, error, negligence, misrepresentation or omission concerning or arising out of Our services; and
2. any breach of these terms and conditions or breach of duty of any kind owed in connection with the provision of the services: is limited to and will not in any circumstances exceed the price paid for any of our services. 

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

In this clause Loss means any and all loss (including pure financial loss), injury, liability, damage, compensation, claim, demand, expense, interest or cost, including reasonable legal fees, whether arising in contract or otherwise.

You should always consult a medical doctor before beginning any type of exercise program.

WHEN ATTENDING SUNQUNCHA OR USING ITS ONLINE PLATFORM I AGREE:

I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Sunquncha and its teachers as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform the Breathwork, Yoga Exercises and Meditation Techniques.

I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga Exercises and theory only. Sunquncha, its owners, teachers or volunteers are not liable for, nor expected to provide and advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of the Breathwork, Yoga Exercises and Meditation Techniques.

I consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident or illness.
