Hey, I'm Renee.
I’ve been meditating since I was 11 (yep, really). My wonderful mum took me to a meditation group when most kids were still figuring out long division, and that’s where I started learning how to tune into myself... and the universe.
Since then, I’ve spent over two decades studying and teaching the connection between energy, body, and intuition. I’ve guided groups of five in quiet rooms, 600 people on a beach, online sessions that span time zones, and held space in my own yoga studio and retreat space.
Kinesiology is my main practice, but meditation is my cornerstone. It’s how I connect back to life force itself. And when I fall off the wagon (because, hello, human) life gets gritty fast, but a few days back in my meditation flow and everything starts humming again. I feel connected. Clear. In rhythm with the universe’s nudges toward ease and grace.

What Are My Payment Options?
Daily Meds Membership is a monthly renewing subscription offer that you can cancel at any time. Each monthly auto payment is $30AUD paid via the credit or debit card you entered at checkout.
I've Never Meditated Before, Where Do I Start?
Yay for taking the meditation leap! I recommend starting with the guided meditations, pick one or two that sound appealing to you and stick to them for a week or two to get into your flow. You don't have to move numberically through them. This is a bit of a lucky dip/trust your gut/what does the Universe want to tell me today kinda vibe.
Can I Download The Meditations?
The Daily Meds content is all stream only. Some of the course do have downloadable PDF workbooks.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
When you need some space you can cancel at anytime in your client portal under 'billing' or by sending an email to [email protected]
