Shadow work involves us shining a light on those aspects of self that we might be hiding or distracting ourselves from. And, in this meditation designed to assist you in integrating your shadow, you'll be guided through an exploration of what lies in your 'shadow' (P.S. it's not always 'bad stuff' – it can often be the gifts we're ignoring; the most important and potent parts of ourselves that might feel a little overwhelming or intense).


This meditation can be used as a toe-dipping, introductory exploration, or to support your current shadow work. Using the breath and visualisation, join Renée as she guides you.
