In this transformative session Murray will offer SPIRITUS Breathwork, Somatic healing and intuitive insights to assist you in moving beyond this moment of stagnation.
This style of breathwork has roots in shamanic realms and trauma and somatic release. Breathwork is a modality of conscious connected breathing that we use to enter into altered states of healing and to interrupt our autonomic nervous system patterns so we are able to release trauma.

Murray is passionate about holding space for you with a no bullshit approach to open, unravel and understand the emotions, self limiting beliefs and stored trauma that is holding you back.
He has devoted his life to learning healing modalities and his own self development; from a life of gangs, drugs and jail he rebuilt himself to the man he is today and is so grateful for the tools he has learnt along the way.
He knows what it takes to instigate big change and to hold it steady until it takes root. He will be that anchor for you and your great change.

24hrs notice is requested for any cancellation/rescheduling.

If you reschedule your session before 24 hours of the start time no fee applies

Reschedule within 24 hours of the start time - 20% fee of session payment (e.g. $180 will have fee of $36)

Cancel within 24 hours of the start time - 100% of session payment.

Cancel 24 hours - 50% of your session payment..

All refunds will be made manually via your payment method once you reschedule or cancel online.

We (Renée, Murray or a Sunquncha Team Member) reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason, in the event of practitioner cancelling a session a 100% refund will be made via your payment method.
